Thrust lever - IDLE Pitch for glide speed Wait 15 seconds If ENGINE FIRE warning remains on, or secondary fire indications are present - probable engine fire ENGINE FIRE ACKNOWLEDGE switch - LIFT GUARD, TOGGLE Left or right PUSH TO DISCHARGE - PUSH Oxygen Masks - DON, 100%
Stall Warning
AOA - REDUCE Thrust lever - T/O
Stick pusher warning
AOA - REDUCE Thrust lever - T/O (Procedure complete) Caution - do not attempt to ever power the stick pusher Note - if airspeed, altitude, power settings, and load factors are within normal limits, and there is no evidence of ice contamination, message should be considered a malfunction. If message is determined to be a malfunction: Grip stick firmly AP DISC button - PRESS AND HOLD Airplane control - MAINTAIN AP SERVOS CB (A3) - PULL AP DISC button - RELEASE
CAPS activation
Activation handle (both hands) - PULL DOWN STEADILY
Emergency Descent
Autopilot - DISENGAGE Thrust lever - IDLE Pitch - -20 degrees (approx.) Airspeed - increase to Vmo (250KIAS) / Mmo (0.53 Mach) MAXIMUM (Procedure complete)
Engine failure on takeoff - low altitude
Best glide or landing speed - 100KIAS Landing gear - A/R Flaps - A/R Land straight ahead
Engine emergency on takeoff - below Vr

Engine fire warning - on ground
Engine knob - OFF Engine button - PRESS (MOMENTARY) Evacuate airplane (Procedure complete)
Abnormal engine start
Engine knob - OFF Engine button - PRESS AND HOLD FOR 15-30 SECONDS
Automatic flight control malfunction (stick pusher, ESP, USP, Autopilot)
Grip stick firmly AP DISC button - press and hold Airplane control - maintain AP SERVOS CB (A3) - pull AP DISC button - release
CAPS ACTIVATED warning
If message displays due to autopilot malfunction or an erroneous signal from the CAPS control box: AP disconnect - PRESS AND HOLD FOR 30 SECONDS
Engine fire on takeoff - low altitude
