Consignor Control- Title Transfers at Consignee's Dock

FOB Dest- Freight PPD **- Freight Collect **- Freight PPD and Charged Back

In this case, seller has responsibility of goods in transit and handling freight claims. Buyer takes care of selecting and paying carrier, bears freight costs. Best when used if buyer has pull on carrier.

FOB Destination- Freight Collect

In this case, seller owns the goods in transit, handles freight claims, and bears freight costs (seller deducts this from goods payment). Buyer selects and pays carrier.

FOB Destination- Freight Collect and Allowed

In this case, seller has full freight payment responsibility.

FOB Destination- Freight Prepaid

Domestically, the title to the goods changes hands at the orign,- usually the shipping point or the seller's distribution loading dock. The buyer is responsible from that point onward.

FOB Origin

In this case, the buyer takes responsibility over all aspects of freight payment.

FOB Origin- Freight Collect

In this case, the buyer takes responsibility of owning goods in transit, handling freight claims. Seller is responsible for selecting and paying the carrier and bearing freight cost. Best used when seller has influence on carrier.

FOB Origin- Freight Prepaid

In this case, the buyer owns goods in transit, handles freight claims, and pays freight costs after seller adds them to the good invoice.

FOB Origin- Freight Prepaid and Charged Back
