Create space for imagination and innovation. - Include a scheduled amount of time for everyone to brainstorm and share ideas. This type of brainstorming creates buy-in and trust. Cultivate curiosity - Being curious about people you meet and asking questions instead of making judgments will improve your empathy. Diversify - Getting to know people who are different culturally, racially, and ethnically from you can change the way your brain perceives others and increase your empathy. Read literature - Reading quality literature that contains complex characters helps you understand people and situations that contrast what you know.

Define the problem: Determine the root causes of the problem. Clearly articulate the problem and make sure you are addressing the correct problem. Identify and understand your motivations and the potential rewards. Ask yourself why you want to learn something and what will be different in your life once you've learned it. Set specific goals or SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely). Determine methods and resources. Self-management

Is about individuals' ability to regulate their emotions in different situations, control impulses, and manage stress. People are able to set goals and motivate themselves to change behavior and make progress in their lives. It can help them create a solid foundation for lifelong success and resiliency.

Social awareness

It describes individuals' ability to look outward and consider the needs of others and the world at large. People understand and practice empathy for others, including those who may have a different culture, background, or perspective from their own. They appreciate diversity and respect others. It can help them make a positive impact on their community and the world around them.

Self-awareness

It describes individuals' ability to recognize their own emotions and related reactions. People are mindful of the attitudes, beliefs, and practices that shape their behavior. It helps individuals assess their strengths and limitations and determine how they can grow and change.

Executive Function
