why did the delegates enumerate the powers of Congress? Why do you think it did not enumerate the powers of thee executive and judicial branches in the same detail?

The delegates wanted to limit the congresses power and did not want to give them any power that wasn't necessary because the congress had the most important element of the government. Making laws and it I the deliberative body.

Most of the time it maintained except twice when the Congress and executive branch allied with each other, during the civil war, Lincoln suspended the writs of habeas corpus; however, because 2/3rds of congress are republican party, therefore Lincoln could never be impeached.

The Framers designed the national judiciary with the goal of making it independent of partisan politics. What constitutional provision contribute to judicial independence? What constitutional provisions might threaten that independence?

Judges should be independent of politics and hold offices during good behavior. they would not be removed from office unless they were impeached. Its dangerous when congress and the president take the same side.
