Human Resources
HR is responsible for managing employees and staff. Work on recruitment, training of staff. For example: In Starbucks, the HR dept. recruits employees who can work as the baristas.

Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Operations. Must work together to make business work out well.
Place
Marketing also selects an appropriate place where the products can be distributed.
Marketing
Responsible for identifying customer needs and ensuring that products sell. The function of marketings can be classified as 4 P's: Product , Price , Promotion , Place
Finance
Responsible for managing the money in the business. Director checks that finance reports are accurate.
Operations
The Operation Management is the business function that is responsible for converting the inputs to the outputs.
Promotion
marketing also makes sure the product is known by customers. They ensure this through advertising, television and media.
Product
marketing ensures firstly that their product meets the customers needs. They make sure of this by doing market research, test marketing.
Price
marketing uses pricing strategies, which they create based on the level of demand and other factors.
