How does the client get leads?

The leads will be sent to your email or CRM whichever is easiest for you. We will also be sending you a courtesy excel sheet where the leads will be going into so can leave comments on how each lead does. This helps us better understand the Ad's performance so we can better optimize it in your favor.

Can we target people who live in this certain area code and who make x amount of money between the ages of 30 - 50?

Unfortunately when it comes to running ads on facebook for the real estate industry you guys fall into the Specials Ad's category which limits on specific targeting. We can't discriminate based on age, gender, finances or geofence and are limited on targeting certain interests, behaviors and demographics.

What to do if: I just got a notification that the Ad got rejected?

Yes, Facebook puts all Ad's under review before launching them to ensure accuracy. Our Ad's team will be checking into getting it resolved and submitted for another review. We'll keep you updated.

What to do if: Can I see a preview of the Ad?

Yes, Kevin will be sending a preview link for you to click on and to see the Ad on your facebook's news feed so you get an understanding of how it will look and what people will experience.

What to do if: My lead says they didn't click or see my ad- is this working? How did that happen?

Yes, people do have a tendency to forget or not realize they added in their information. It does take around 50-100 leads to start really evaluating the ads and retargeting them to make sure we target the right people.
