Statutory Rape

Sexual intercourse with an underage person whether or not there is consent.

Felony Murder

Killing as part of the commission of certain serious crimes.

Date or Acquaintance Rape

Sexual assault by someone known to the victim.

Sexual intercourse committed by force and without consent.

Shoplifting

Taking items from a store without paying or intending to pay for them.

Involuntary Manslaughter

Unintentional killing from extremely reckless conduct

Battery

Unlawful physical contact inflicted by one person upon another without consent

Unlawful taking and carrying away of the property of another with intent to steal it.

Robbery

Unlawful taking of property from a person's immediate possession by force or intimidation.

Receiving property from another person whom that person knows, or has reason to know, is not legally in control of the property.

Attempting or threatening to carry out a physical attack upon another person

Using threats to obtain property of another.

Willful and malicious burning of another's property

Killing as a result of the failure to use reasonable care.

Driving While Intoxicated

Operating a car while being affected by alcohol.

First-Degree Murder

Killing that is premeditated, deliberate, and done with malice.

Killing under circumstances the lessons but do not excuse the killing

Offering to someone as genuine a document to be a fake.

Killing done with malice but without premeditation.

Deliberate taking of one's own life.

Sales of cigarettes and related products to persons under 18 years of age.

Unauthorized taking of a vehicle temporarily.

Forgery

Falsely making or altering a writing or document with intent to defraud.
