However, the handling and storage of payment card data carries an elevated level of risk and additional control requirements mandated by the PCI Council. Blend is a PCI compliant service provider for credit pull use cases within the application, but a compliant fee collection workflow is not yet supported. The timing for when the co-borrower gets invited to the application is dependent on if it is a shared or non-shared application. The co-borrower invite for non-shared application will be sent once the primary borrower finishes the "Getting Started" portion of the application. You can access the loan in the Pipeline, click the Resend Invite button in top right to resend the invite. The borrower can click the link in that email. Check inbox, Spam, Trash folders for the email with Login Same URL for Borrowers and LOs Admin > Config > Security > Domain Whitelists If you're not a user in the Lender system, you'd automatically come in as a borrower

b2-21 Hello, on this loan, 0134089804, the loan officer is reporting that the borrower processed the assets through the system generated statements but the official bank actual statements didn't go through Encompass. Is there a way to check what happened?

You can check through Assets within the Borrower's application. Need to do a asset refresh The account is connected if the last 4 digits are shown If the assets are refreshed and are still not there, the Borrower can manually upload their document or the LO can send a Follow-Up request There is a possibility where the asset may no longer be connected.
