Letter of Inquiry
A job inquiry letter, also known as a prospecting letter or letter of interest, is sent to companies that may be hiring but haven't advertised job openings. A well-written inquiry letter can help you get noticed by an employer who may not be actively recruiting.
Letter of Complaint
A letter of complaint will set out the facts and legal reasons that the writer believes are sufficient to support a claim against the company against whom the claim is brought, and which will entitle the writer to a remedy (either money damages or a replacement item).
Letter of Resignation
A letter of resignation is written to announce the writer's intent to leave a position currently held, such as an office, employment or commission.

A letter written to a debtor to encourage payment of an overdue account

Also known as a cover letter, is a document sent with your resume to provide additional information about your skills and experience. It is intended to provide detailed information on why are you are a qualified candidate for the job you are applying for.
