Wringing
Vigorous movement in which the hands placed a little distance apart on both sides of the clients arm or leg, working downward apply a twisting motion against the bones in opposite direction.
To open pores
Use warm, moist towels or a facial steamer to moisturizer and soften the facial skin.
Relaxation
Is achieved through light but firm, slow, rhythmic movements or very slow light hand vibrations over motor points for a short time .
