Once children become accustomed to completing four to five simple SAQ exercises once or twice per week, what is an appropriate progression for a Certified Personal Trainer to implement over the next few months?
Increase weekly sessions to 2 or 3, and add more exercises

Speed Agility Quickness
distance/time ability change direction given signal with posture ability to react with max rate of force production planes of motion and from all body positions
Osteopenia Osteoporosis
lower than normal bone density, precursor to osteoporosis lower than normal bone density
