Cyber security relates to the Internet of Things in that you may need to secure an IoT, otherwise hackers may be able to steal your information.

The ransom attack by WannaCry was when hackers encrypted computers around the globe.

We benefit from increased inter connectivity because it allows people to move faster and it makes it easier for the user.

Why is it important to learn about cybersecurity?

It is important to learn about cybersecurity because the world relies on computers and technology so much that pretty much all of our personal information are on our devices. Which means that if we don't learn about cybersecurity, you may be in big trouble.

What is the motivation for creating an Internet of Things by embedding computing devices in everyday objects?

It makes everything connected and the data sample size is expanded even more for things like how much time you spend doing something, which in turn makes all that data more accurate.

What are the risks associated with this kind of connectivity?

The risks associated with this kind of connectivity are that online hackers may see your information and that makes the human race too dependent on robots and technology which is never a good thing.
