대학교 캠퍼스는 참 넓어요. 그리고 학생이 많아요. 도서관도 아주 커요. 학교 식단은 유니온 빌딩 안에 있어요. 음식이 싸요. 그리고 커피가 맛있어요. 유니언 빌딩 안에는 책방도 있어요. 유니언 빌딩 뒤에는 학생회관이 있어요. 학생회관이 아주 좋아요.

College campus is really wide/spacious. And there's many students. The library is very big. The school cafeteria is inside the Union building. The food is cheap. And the coffee is delicious. Inside the Union building is the bookstore. Behind the Union building is the student center. The student center is really nice.

Sophia is my classmate. She studies Korean and economics. Sophia is Chinese. Her home is in Hong Kong. Her father and mother live in Hong Kong. Her older brother and younger sister are also in Hong Kong. Sophia is the only one in the United States. Sophia's older brother is a graduate student. He's studying biology. Her younger sister is a high school student. Sophia and her younger sister are very close.

This Saturday is my friend Steven's birthday. So today I'm going to the department store to buy a gift. Sophia is going with me. The department store has a coffee shop, a restaurant, clothinh stores, and a bookstore. The 1st floor has a bookstore and coffee shop. The 2nd floor has the clothing store. The 3rd floor has the restaurant. Steven really likes reading books. So I'm going to the bookstore to buy him a book. Sophia's going to the clothing store to buy some clothes for herself. The clothing store carries really pretty clothes.

오늘 한국어 수업이 있어요. 교실이 유니온 빌딩 1충에 있어요. 유니온 빌딩은 도서관 앞에 있어요. 한국어 선생님은 이민수 선생님이세요. 선생님이 아주 좋으세요. 수업도 아주 재미있어요. 그런데 숙제거 많아요. 그래서 매일 한국어를 공부해요. 한국어 반에 학생들이 많아요. 중국 학생, 일본 학생이 많아요.

Today i have Korean class. The classroom is on the 1st floor of the Union Building. The Union Building is in front of the library. The teacher for Korean is professor Iminsu. The teacher is really nice/good. The class is also really fun. But there is a lot of homework. So you have to study Korean everyday. There are lots of students in the Korean class. There are lots of Chinese and Japanese students.

지난 주에는 시험이 많았어요. 그래서 아주 바빴어요. 주말에는 친구들하고 같이 영화를 갔어요. 영화가 참 재미있었어요. 영화를 보고 중국 음식을 먹었어요. 다음 주말에는 여동생이 뉴욕에서 올 거예요. 동생은 다음 학기에 대학에 가요. 심리학을 전공할 거예요. 동생도 저도 많이 바빠요. 그래서 서로 전화를 자주 못 해요. 이번에 동생하고 오래간만에 이야기를 많이 할 거예요. 동생이 한국 음식을 좋아해요. 그래서 집에서 한국 음식을 준비할 거예요.

I had a lot of exams last week. So I was really busy. I went to watch a movie with some friends over the weekend. The movie was really good. After the movie we had Chinese food. Next weekend my younger sister will be visiting from New York. She will be going to college next semester. She'll be studying psychology. My sister and I are both very busy. So we can't call each other often. Since its been a while, we are going to spend time catching up. My little sister really likes Korean food. So I'll make Korean food at home.

저는 보통 일곱시에 일어나요. 그런데 오늘은 여덟시삼십분에 일어났어요. 그래서 아침을 못 먹었어요. 수업은 아홉시에 있었어요. 기숙사에서 학교까지는 가까워요. 그래서 보통 걸어서 가요. 오후에는 수업이 없었어요. 그래서, 리사하고 테니스를 쳤어요. 리사는 제 여자 친구예요. 리사도 한국어 수업을 들어요. 여섯시쯤 리사하고 같이 저녁을 먹으러 기숙사식당에 갔어요. 그리고 저녁에는 도서관에서 숙제를 했어요. 숙제가 어려웠어요. 오늘 하루는 아주 바빴어요.

I usually wake up at 7 o'clock. But today I woke up at 8:30. So, I couldn't eat breakfast. I had a class at 9 o'clock. The dormitory is close to the school. I usually walk to school. In the afternoon I didn't have class. So, I played tennis with Risa. Risa is my girlfriend. Risa is also taking Korean. Around 6 o'clock, Risa and I went to the dormitory cafeteria to eat dinner. And in the evening, I did homework in the library. The homework was difficuly. Today was a very busy day.
