De facto discrimination:
is someone's belief or custom causing them to discriminate against someone
De jure discrimination: Separate but equal Jim Crow
is when laws are put in place to discriminate against someone race, sex, etc.
examples of De Facto:
-Blacks can not look white people in the eye -Blacks get off the sidewalk when white people are walking
examples of De Jure:
