we all learn in

different ways

Those who tolerate diversity are

fair to all, but don't embrace diversity either

With synergy, no part is more important than another,

just different

we see the world differently through our own

paradigms

Diversity can be either

shunned, tolerated, or celebrated

Cliques become a problem when

they exclude and reject everyone who isn't just like them

Synergy is when

two or more people work together to create a better solution than either could alone

Those who celebrate diversity

value differences and see them as an advantage, not a weakness

If you look closely enough,

we are all different from each other

ignorance means that

you're clueless. You don't know what other people believe, or what they've been through

Synergy is not

Tolerating differences, working independently, thinking you're always right, compromise

Synergy is

celebrating differences, teamwork, open-mindedness, and finding new and better ways

Prejudice means

"Pre-judgement"; You judge someone before you know them

It's not your way or my way, but

a better, higher way

Those who shun diversity are
