Jack-Hattan (Up/Rocks) (Martini glass)

1 1/2 oz Jack Daniel's 2 dash Angosture orange bitters 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth Garnish: Rocks=orange twist/Up=cherry Dry: 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth Perfect: 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth and 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth Procedure (Rocks): Build bourbon/whiskey and Sweet Vermouth into a 10 oz rocks glass with ice. Add 2 dashes of Angostura orange bitters. Stir to mix ingredients. Garnish with an orange twist and a cherry Procedure (Up): Shake bourbon/whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura orange bitters in a mixing tin with ice. Strain into a cold martini glass Garnish with a cherry

Cucumber Basil IPA Cooler (Pint glass) 1. Mix 2. Shake 3. Pour 4. Top with IPA

1 1/2 oz vodka 2 basil leaves (broken up) 4 cucumber slices 4 oz JJ's IPA 2 oz lemonade Garnish: basil leaf and cucumber slice Procedure: Shake vodka, basil leaves, and cucumber in a mixing tin with ice. Pour contents into a draft glass. Top with IPA. Garnish with a basil leaf and cucumber slice

Mojito (Collins glass) 1. Muddle 2. Mix 3. Shake 4. Pour 5. Top with soda water

1 1/4 oz Bacardi 4-5 mint leaves 2 lime wedges (leave in) 3/4 oz simple syrup 3 oz soda water Garnish: lime wheel and mint sprig (clapped) Procedure: Muddle mint leaves and 2 lime wedges (squeezed) in pint glass. Add Bacardi, simple syrup and a scoop of ice to pint glass. Shake with a mixing tin. Pour contents into a Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig (clapped)

Buck Cherry (10oz Rocks glass) 1. Build

1 1/4 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir vodka 3 oz limeade Redbull splash of cranberry juice Garnish: lime wedge and cherry Procedure: Build Grey Goose Cherry Noir vodka and limeade Redbull into a 10oz rocks glass with ice. Add splash of cranberry. Garnish with a lime wedge and a cherry

Jimmy Hendrick's Cooler (Pint glass) 1. Muddle 2. Mix 3. Shake 4. Strain

1 1/4 oz Hendrick's gin 1/2 oz Apple Pucker Schnapps 2 oz rocks/sweet and sour mix 1 oz Sprite 2 cucumber wheels Garnish: cucumber wheel Procedure: In a mixing tin, muddle 2 cucumber wheels. Add ice, Hendrick's gin, Apple Pucker Schnapps, sweet and sour. Shake and strain loosely into a pint glass with ice. Straining loosely allows for pieces of muddled cucumber to flow into the drink. Garnish with a cucumber wheel

Tropical Bull (10oz Rocks glass) 1. Build

1 1/4 oz Malibu 3 oz tropical Redbull Garnish: lime wedge Procedure: Build Malibu and tropical Redbull into a 10 oz rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge

Lola's Spritzer (10oz Rocks glass) 1. Muddle 2. Build

1 1/4 oz Old Hayman's gin 1/2 oz St. Germain 3 oz Prosecco 3-4 mint leaves Garnish: mint sprig (clapped) Procedure: Build mint and splash of soda water into a 10 oz rocks glass. Lightly muddle mint to release oils. Add ice, Old Hayman's gin and St. Germain then fill with ice cold Prosecco. Garnish with a mint sprig (clapped)

Hop Collins (Collins glass) 1. Mix 2. Shake 3. Strain Top with IPA

1 1/4 oz gin 1/2 oz St. Germain 1/2 a lime squeezed 1/2 a lemon squeezed 4 oz IPA beer Garnish: lemon wedge Procedure: Shake gin, St. Germain, lime juice, and lemon juice in a mixing tin with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with IPA beer. Garnish with a lemon wedge

Katydid (Pint glass) 1. Mix 2. Shake 3. Strain

1 oz Malibu 1/2 oz melon liqueur 1/2 oz banana liqueur 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix Garnish: cherry Procedure: Shake Malibu, melon liqueur, banana liqueur, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour mix in a mixing tin with ice. Strain into a pint glass with ice. Garnish with a cherry

JBGB Grand Margarita (Margarita glass) 1. Mix 2. Shake 3. Strain

1 oz Patron Silver 1/2 oz Grand Marnier 3 oz rocks/sweet and sour mix splash of orange juice Garnish: lime wedge and orange twist Procedure: Shake Patron Silver, Grand Marnier, orange juice and rocks/sweet and sour mix in a mixing tin with ice. Strain into a salt rimmed margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and an orange twist

Gentleman's Long Island Ice Tea (Collin's glass) 1. Mix 2. Shake 3. Strain 4. Top with Coke

1/2 oz Jim Beam 1/2 oz Jack Daniel's 1/2 oz Knob Creek 1/2 oz Crown Royal 1/2 oz grenadine 3 oz sweet and sour mix 1 oz Coke Garnish: cherry Procedure: Shake Jim Beam, Jack Daniel's, Knob Creek, Crown Royal, grenadine, and sweet and sour in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass with ice. Top with Coke. Garnish with a cherry

Mayan Mule (Titos mug) 1. Build 2. Roll into mixing tin and then back into mug

2 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 3 oz ginger beer 2 dash Angostura bitters Garnish: mint sprig and lime wedge Procedure: Build Casamigos Reposado Tequila, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer in copper mug. Roll into a mixing tin and back into copper mug. Top with a dash of Angostura bitters. Garnish with mint spring and a lime wedge

Ward 8 (8oz Rocks glass) 1. Mix 2. Shake 3. Strain

2 oz Knob Creek 1/2 a squeezed lemon 1/2 oz grenadine 1/4 oz orange juice Garnish: orange twist Procedure: Shake Knob Creek, lemon juice, orange juice, and grenadine in a mixing tin with ice. Strain into an 8 oz rocks glass without ice. Garnish with an orange twist

Whiskey Shiver (10oz Rocks glass) 1. Muddle 2. Mix 3. Strain

2 oz Knob Creek 3/4 oz simple syrup 3-5 mint leaves 4 lemon wedges (1/2 lemon total) Garnish: mint sprig (clapped) and lemon twist Procedure: In a pint glass, muddle 4 lemon wedges. Add 1 scoop of ice, simple syrup, mint leaves, and Knob Creek into a pint glass. Shake and strain into a 10 oz rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig (clapped) and a lemon twist

Arkansas Mule (Titos mug) 1. Build 2. Roll into mixing tin and back into mug

2 oz Smithworks vodka 1 oz orange Redbull 3 oz ginger beer 1/2 a squeezed lime Garnish: lime wedge and orange twist Procedure: Build Smithworks vodka, orange juice, ginger beer, and lime juice into a copper mug glass with ice. Roll into a mixing tin then back into the mug. Garnish with a lime wedge and an orange twist

Mary in the Morning (IPA) (Pint glass) 1. Build

2 oz our signature bloody mary mix 1 oz Smithworks vodka 5 oz IPA Garnish: olive, celery stalk, lime wedge, and lemon wedge Procedure: Build IPA, Smithworks vodka, and bloody mary mix in a salted rimmed pint glass with ice. Garnish with an olive, celery stalk, lime wedge, and lemon wedge

Beermosa (Pint glass) 1. Build

7 oz JJ's light lager 3 oz orange juice 2 dashes of Angostura bitters Garnish: orange slice Procedure: Build orange juice, and JJ's light lager into a pint glass. Top with bitters. Garnish with an orange slice

Sun Kissed Citrus Wheat (Pint glass) 1. Build

8 oz JJ's wheat beer 1 oz Smirnoff citrus vodka 1/2 oz Grand Marnier 1/2 oz orange juice Garnish: orange slice Procedure: Build Smirnoff citrus vodka, Grand Marnier, orange juice, and wheat beer into a pint glass. Garnish with an orange slice
