Customer Satisfaction: A way to survey customers and figure out how satisfied they are. We use it as an overall way to describe NPS and AS.
EOD
End of Day: The report you fill out at the nightly closing of the store.
MRC
Monthly Recurring Charge: This is the rate plan a customer has on their account. It refers to how much money the customer pays per month
NPS
Net Promoter Score: Customers receive surveys with each transaction, and if they give positive feedback they are referred to as a "Promoter" and if they give negative feedback they are a "Detractor." NPS is the term used to explain the overall feedback on the store and the brand from the customer.
PSB
Premium Security Bundle: The main feature we offer to customers as it includes multiple features in a bundle.
Multi-Line
Selling more than one device at a time. A key to being successful on the sales floor.
VAS
Value Added Services: Most people refer to these as "features." They are services that add to a customers monthly plan such as insurance or international calling.
