is the Alphabetic Index of Performance Measures by Clinical Condition or Topic and lists the Category II codes.

is the Electrodiagnostic Medicine Listing of Sensory, Motor and Mixed Nerves that identify the sensory, motor, and mixed nerves with the corresponding conduction study code.
