WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?Although I have a lack of experience

I can bring to you the qualities that the job requires. Having the opportunity to interact with people is enjoyable for me. My goal is to be part of a team that is energized, works hard, and I will do my best to support them. I am passionate about your values and hospitality, and I would like to be a part of this team. In addition to meeting deadlines, delivering quality work, and taking responsibility for mistakes, I am proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise, and I take steps to mitigate any risks or challenges that could adversely affect the project's performance.

TELL ME ABOUT A TIME WHEN YOU FAILED.

I have failed multiple times when it came to lacking in schoolwork. As depression interfered with my work back then, I now know how to manage it and how to work around it. Everytime time I failed, I refined my skills more and more to the point I no longer failed my tests, and homework assignments. That went from being pessimistic to always wanting to bring out the light of things and apathetic to caring about what goes around me and how I can make it better.

WHY DO YOU WANT THIS JOB?

I want this job because i believe working in a fast paced environment with other people can help get out of my comfort zone, as well as partake in something I've always wanted to do which is baking, as i have passion for both cooking and baking at home and would like to gain more experience and do something I enjoy for a job.

WHAT DO YOU DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?I like to have my time filled with creativity

reading, and music discovery.

HOW WOULD YOU DEAL WITH A CONFLICT WITH A CO-WORKER?Firstly

I would like to talk to them privately and ask if it was something I did to anger them and what could I do to fix it. If it's not, and it could be something like they simply don't like me. I prefer to keep things professional and still would like to collaborate with them in order to get the main goal done.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

My strengths are that I am adaptable, enjoy collaborative projects, and I have a passion for this field. I am self motivated, so i enjoy learning new things, patient under pressure and have a keen sense of detail.

HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THIS POSITION?

As I was searching on the internet for job applications, I knew I wanted to do something cooking or baking related. I saw that Panera Bread was hiring. I have eaten here before and I've always thought of it as a warm welcome atmosphere as well as the food being good.

WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR US THAT OTHER CANDIDATES CAN'T?

As many candidates can have prior experience. You're getting a quick learner, someone who is reliable, a passion for learning and growth, and someone who wants to contribute the most they can to the company, and someone who cares for their co-workers and customers.

WHO ARE PANERA BREAD'S COMPETITORS?Competitors include Starbucks

Starbucks, Dunkin', Tim Hortons, and Krispy Kreme.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR US?I have researched your mission

and I would love nothing more to be a part of it. I would love to contribute to the happiness of people through food and service and try to create a nice environment for the people around me.

WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS?My weakness is I can be a little bit timid when speaking up about certain things. But with that

it gives me time to process what i want to say and push on to get either what i need to be done or to resolve other issues.

WHAT'S YOUR IDEAL WORK ENVIRONMENT?

I prefer my work environments to be organized, positive, and in a place where constantly it is a joy to just be there with coworkers who are like minded and want to continuously grow with the company

WHAT'S BEEN YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT?My greatest achievement seems small. But since graduating high school

I've always had a different way of learning new things, however my current school didn't accommodate or had much experience with someone who is easily distracted and constantly struggles with depression. I had to make a choice for myself which made me always want the best for myself. I had to transfer schools and go into a smaller school where it was independently driven and overtime it refined my skills of time management, independence, and sparked back my passion for learning. From that experience, I learned that stepping out of my comfort zone is a stepping stone to the position in life I want to be in.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?

In 5 years I would like to see myself progressing in my creative abilities such as art and my passion for cooking. I would like to also be a part of the company's mission either in a higher position or the current one.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE RELEVANT TO THIS ROLE?

The main experience I have when it comes to baking is when I would usually help out with my mom making cakes when I was younger. But with my previous job experience of being an office assistant I have the ability to multitask and be consistent when it comes to organization. I also have experience being a teacher's assistant by taking care of the kids, helping them with work, and resolve issues within the classroom dealing with multiple students at a time.
