Hollywood Flat

an interior horizontal framing member of a flat, usually made of 1x3

casters mounted on a bearing plate that allows the wheel to pivot around a vertical axis, also known as smart casters
straight caster
casters that are permanently locked into position so they can't pivot, also known as rigid caster
furniture caster
casters that are primarily used on furniture that are secured and mounted by a stem; also known as stem casters.
steel deck
considered basic building blocks of theater and entertainment industries, constructed using steel truss frame with high quality 3/4" plywood tops.
masonite
is formed using wooden chips and blasting them into long fibers with steam and then forming them into boards, also known as hardboard. Primarily used for stage floors/decks
