When is the best time to preform the TSE
-During Or right after a warm shower bath -Warm water relaxes the skin on the scrotum, making the TS easier to perform. -Remember to do the TSE once a month.
How do I performed the TSE?
1. Check each testicle at a time. 2. Place your index and middle fingers under your testicle and your thumb on top. 3. Gently roll the testicle between your thumb and fingers. It should feel smooth to the touch. 4. Feel for any hard lumps on the testicle. 5. Repeat the process with the other testicle. 6. If you find a lump, see your doctor immediately.
What are the symptoms of testicular cancer?
A hard, painless lump on the testicle (most common sign) Slight enlargement of one of the testicles A dull ache or feeling of heaviness in the testicular, groin, or lower abdomen

White male age is 15 - 35 Men with testicles that did not come down into the scrotum Men with a father or brother with testicular cancer
