Engaged
(of a phone line) being used; unable to take a call due to being in use.
Skype
a phone system that works by direct communication between users' computers on the internet, often using webcams so the callers can see each other.
Screensaver
a screen display on a computer or phone that appears when the phone has not been used for a few minutes.
Instant messaging
a system on the internet that allows people to exchange written messages with each other very quickly.
Quiet zone
an area in which people are expected to be quiet out of respect for other people.
Voicemail
