bar chart
a chart with bars whose lengths are proportional to quantities
pie chart
a circular chart divided into triangular areas proportional to the percentages of the whole

column heading

Formula Bar
displays the contents of the active cell and is used to create or edit text or values

range
group of two or more cells
category axis
horizontal axis of a chart, usually containing the names of data groups; in a 2-dimensional chart, also known as the x-axis
Name Box
identifies the active cell by the letter of the column and the number of the row it intersects
