The US was **half** justified to use the atomic bomb in WW2. Japan wasn't completely sure the States were going to interfere, but still caused so much damage. Then, the US dropped an atomic bomb on Japan. It makes sense why the US attacked back-- Japan killed many people and property for a somewhat unreasonable reason. The US, of course, wanted to get revenge on Japan for them destroying the States. Already from the beginning, the attack wasn't justified. So, the fact that another attack happened on top of the first unjustified action is not good. I think the US bombing Japan, the incident by itself, was justified. The US just wanted revenge and it's very reasonable as to why they were seeking revenge

The United States sent troops to other countries and took an active role 103 times. They wanted Japan to open ports to American shipping, so they used warships
