Step 5

The coronoary arteries come off of the aorta first, then three branches. First, brachial cephalic, carrying blood to the head and down the arm. Second, left common carotid artery. Last, left subclavian artery going under the clavicle and arm.

Step 2

Blood drains to the right ventricle and goes out of the pulmonary valve and into the pulmonary branch to get more oxygen from the lungs.

Step 4

Blood is forced through bicuspid valve and goes into left ventricle. Then it's pushed out of the aorta valve into the ascending aorta.

Step 6

Blood moves on to the rest of the body to the capillary level and then returns to the heart.

Step 1

Deoxygenated blood enters superior and anterior vena cava, bringing blood to the right atrium.

Step 3

Gas is exchanged in alveoli and blood returns to the heart from the right and left pulmonary veins, entering the left atrium.
