you will put y in the middle than you will use less than sign to show that the biggest number in the table will be greater or equal to Y however on the left side you will put the lowest number and Y should be just greater than that number.

you divide the numerator and denominator based on the X squared. If its bigger on the bottom it will be 0 but if its bigger on top there will be no HA. if the x squared are the same then you will just divide the coefficients.
