- Conservative management- avoid aggravating condition - Surgery may be necessary if stress on nerve can not be avoided

- Conservative treatment; rest immobilization, NSAIDs - If symptoms persist, corticosteroid injection may be necessary or surgical decompression of transverse carpal ligament
