is used to report the initial and subsequent days of services provided by the physician who is directing the inpatient critical care of a critically ill/injured neonate, infant, or young child less than 6 years old
Initial and Continuing Intensive Care Services
is used to report the initial and subsequent days of services provided by the physician who is providing the inpatient care of a neonate or infant who is not critically ill but still requires intensive observation, frequent interventions, and other intensive care sercvices
Pediatric Critical Care Face-to-Face Patient Transport
is used to report the physical attendance and direct face-to-face care provided by the physician during the interfacility transport of a critically ill/injured pediatric patient 24 months of age or younger
