Any experience that you took the initiative?

Becoming the NABA president, no one what interested in the position. ( No one wanted to step up) and now one was coming to the meetings. - Came up with a detailed plan on how I want the semester to go, so month by month we would have a meeting and event and a volunteer opportunities for the members.

Tell me about a time where you motivated someone

Encouraged my friend to apply for this Accounting scholarship with ASCPA • She didn't want to apply for the scholarship because it asking for a long essay and I convinced to apply for it, because I new she was paying out of pocket for her tuition and this 2,500 can really alleviate her on those expenses. • 2 weeks later she received the scholarship and She was named the top accounting student for ASCPA and got to a conference. You never know unless you apply.

Can you tell me a time you had too much on your plate and what you did about it?

Fall Semester 2018- I was apart of SGA, president of a Club, Advisor for a committee and I was in the process of joining a sorority while taking 21 credit ( 8 classes). It was really hard. -writing everything down in a planner and updating my calendar to keep up with all the activities. -I tried not to procrastinate on school, because before all the activities, school comes first. -Making use of the people on my team and divide the tasks that need to be done. eg. Homecoming week. - realized that preparation is key and it allows you to handle stressful situations

Tell me about yourself

I am a graduate Student at Tuskegee University in the Management Information Security program. I recently graduated with my bachelors in Accounting in May.

Why should we hire you

I am great candidate for this position, I have experience from my previous internship as an internal auditor • I can work well with others, seeing that I was on the Student Government Executive board I pay great attention to detail seeing one of my task as the Tax Site coordinator was to be a second tax return reviewer overall my • My leadership skills and ability to work with others will be of great value for the company.

Why are you applying for this position?

I am looking for a company where I not only enjoy what I am doing but I can also grow into new positions. • I want a company that allows me to learn more and expand my capabilities into new areas. The fact that you sponsor a training at Deloitte University is great and from going the Audit Luminary Symposium. Most of the people I've met have been here more than five years shows me that we share the same values. I can still see the excitement when they talk about what they do. • A great job is one where I am excited about coming to work, and that's what I think this position offers.

What is your impression of each Big Four firm/Compare other Big Three to EY

I can see that Ernst and Young is focused on their people and I think working

Tell me about a time you failed

I was tasked with the by the previous treasurer to continue her Alumni Mentorship program. • It's a program student will get paired with an alumni from their city and major. • There were a lot of activities going on for the semester. • The previous treasurer was unavailable, and the alumni national president was not responding to my call or emails. So, I decided to refer the students that applied to their city Alumni Chapter. • They were able to provide them with alumni to be their mentors • It worked out in the end.

How would you handle a situation in which one of the team members in your team is not being helpful or is not participating in the task at hand.

I would have a sit down talk with them, and ask them if them want to be apart of the team they have to do their part before taking action. Eg Treasury Committee, members want to go to the concert but they were not coming the regular meetings. At homecoming planning meetings I enforce that if you did not work the event during coming you will not get a homecoming concert pass.

Give me a time where you were uncertain of what to do and by taking your time or asking another person you came to a decision

Information Security Python Class The Professor expected us to know python already, hence he was throwing some very hard questions. I have an accounting background and no programming experience. I watched a lot of youtube videos and found help from some computer science students. I was a able to think about each problem logically and implement the python language.

Give an example of a situation in which you had troubles in a group and how did you deal with it?

Information Security economics - two business people - one computer science The guy hates presentations and we the business major we are used to doing presentation. - we had a outlined everything - we leaned from each other technology/ he new a lot about Tesla and the technologies they used .

Where you see you self in 5 years?

My hope is to learn as much as possible in the auditing field. My short term goal is to graduate in a week with my bachelors in accounting, start my master program and get my CPA License. My long-term goal is to become a senior auditor.

Tell me about a time you were successful

SGA Apparel • -Introduced new line of shirts Sweatshirt, Tanks for the spring time or summer/ and new designed shirt which highlight our theme from Homecoming "Last of a dying breed" • -On the first day of releasing the shirts I made over $500 and overall - Made the shirt available online for Alumni

SGA Apparel- I think it's a great way to fundraise and offer the students with new apparel. I had a fundraising plan. Where we had a table set up an every SGA event and we also sold in the suites. The e-board gave me a goal of raising over $5,000. I met my mark in the fall semester, hence overall I was able to fundraise $8,000 for the students government. At the Founders day celebrations we were about to give back to the school with donating over $1000 to the Alumni Association

Tell me about a time where you had a disagreement with someone on your team and how you resolved the issue.

SGA Excuetive Board Petty Cash Members were spending over $500 of their money for SGA without my knowledge and expected to get reimbursed right away. I had to reinforce that petty cash was for items under $100 and the process to get money from the university takes time over 3 weeks. so they had inform me of what they are spending so that they can get approval.

Them me about the time you had to deal with difficult people.

Tax Site- informing them that they owe the IRS over $1000

Tell me about a time you went out of your way to help someone?

The toughest clients about in the Tax Site were International students and lose who have a lot of items deductions especially the Indian students. I had a client that was in Indian international student and he was a not aware of the deductions that they receive and as a tax prepare its our job to do our due diligence and research to sure make the client is receiving their full benefits.

Tell me a time where you convinced your boss

We have a shortage of volunteers at the Tax Site • Convinced the Mayor to work with the Tax Professor to have more volunteers this year because it will reduce the workload on a volunteers

What is your Weakness and Strength?

Why Risk Advisory

risk advisory interests me because I'd have the opportunity to research companies and their financial composition to ensure that each deal can give my client the optimal value and support their short term and long term goals. My financial and management accounting background would allow me to aid advisory professionals in their analysis of investments and companies. -I'd be able to help organization implement the strategy created by the Strategy& team. You can have the best strategy but without an execution plan it can be pointless. So this step can often be the most critical in order to ensure the client achieves beneficial results
