I may not be able to provide technical support or respond immediately. However, I will need as a reliable record of your work as possible to consider the options for ensuring you have a fair outcome. If possible, you can include a snapshot of your screen with your email.

If you have grounds to appeal for a makeup exam during a final, like missing an exam due to a medical emergency, first consult your school's makeup exam policy and then contact me.

If you lost time on your exam and could not submit it through Blackboard, contact the help desk. They have ways of reviewing your exam sessions to verify your problem and work with you and me (course instructor) to identify appropriate options, such as granting a second attempt or extra time to complete your exam.

Immediately report what happened by emailing a copy of your exam's current state (snapshot) to me (the course instructor) with a brief explanation of the problem you are experiencing, so I can have a record of when the problem occurred.
