When did u have to come up for a solution to a problem

- i come up with solutions to problems every day in school. I work on a lot of case studies for businesses and it helps me identify how to stop a problem from occurring in the first place. And if there is one what I can do it fix it.

What made you want to apply here at Hillstone? Why do you want to work here?

A few reasons -firstly I worked at a restaurant and pacsun previously and a majorit of the staff who worked there were teenagers and it was choatic and now im really looking for a job with more consistency structure and overall a professional atmosphere. -I actually wanted to apply here because Ive been to the Houston's in boca and a friend worked as a greeter there and she told me how much she liked it compared to the other places shed worked.

When were you a leader

Every time I have a group project in school, I like being proactive in these types of situations.

What do you love most about hospitality

Helping others, l I love entertaining, and I love making people happy and forming relationships with customers. Because at my old job there were a lot of regulars and making connections is super important.

Why do you want to work there what do u like about company

I like Hillstone values, I like the feel of the space and how calming and poise it is, I also like that there is a dress code as well.

Tell me about urself

Im from parkland florida, ive always worked while I was in school, I worked at a restaurant for almost two years as a bus boy and a greeter. Im very organized and extroverted I love meeting new people and working with groups. I keep my standards high and I am very committed whether that be to school work or a project of my own. I like bringing things to life and always try my best.

What are your Strengths

Multitasking, communicating, im good at talking to people and im very friendly and energetic, working with fast pace environments, and im a fast learner aswell.

What does hospitality mean to you

To me, hospitality means giving people the best experience possible.

Whats ur biggest weakness

Very ocd when it comes to organizing i like everything to be perfect. Too analytical. Sometimes I to step back look at the big picture.
