how can you develop mental toughness

1. asses your confidence, attitude, state of mind 2. program your mind for success; expect success and think proactively (self talk, visualization) 3. have performance routines 4, composure skills to reduce nerves, calm, physiological, control fear 5. use internal dialogue and cognitively reconstruct (no negative self talk) 6. take your failures or poor performance as a learning oppurtunity 7. constantly raise bar for yourself and behaviour
