Mifepristone
-Which drug is known as an abortion pill? Mifepristone is a progesterone antagonist used to induce the voluntary termination of a pregnancy. Oxytocin is generally used to induce and enhance labor. Misoprostol and dinoprostone are given during the second trimester to induce an abortion.

may cause neural tube defects when used during pregnancy but can be safely used by a lactating mother.
Misoprostol and dinoprostone
promote labor via cervical ripening and thus are contraindicated in pregnant women with cervical stenosis
Nitrofurantoin
treat UTI, may cause heart defects.
