Streamline
Technique that is used underwater in every stroke. At the start of a race or on a turn, usually along with a dolphin kick or flutter kick. While creating the least amount of resistance to help the swimmer propel as far and fast.

Bilateral Breathing
any breathing pattern for freestyle where you are breathing to both sides. Bilateral breathing increases rotation on both sides, maintains proper body position (balance) in the water, makes it easier to swim in a straight line, and decreases risk of injury.
