For 68 years it has had Democratic mayors; three of it's last five mayors have been black men. ATLANTA. 6/7 mayoral administration were led by black Democraatic mayors, and the present major is a black woman. If there is systemic racism, why hasn't it been corrected over so many years under Democratic leaders?
