How do you determine beverage cost and selling price?

1. 32 oz-2 oz=30 oz (ALWAYS the first step!) 2. 30 oz / the amount you pour in oz. This is the amount of drinks you have. (Remember: if the number comes out to a decimal, just round down to the nearest whole number.) 3. Divide the given cost by the amount of drinks you calculated. This is your beverage cost. 4.
