In at least 150 words, describe at least three things that occur naturally everyday and how science has had an impact on what we think or do about them.
The sun rising and falling occurs naturally everyday. This explains day and night. As of today, science has normalized it. Because of science I know that the sun is rising and falling because of the earth's rotation. Now we just go on about our day. Some people stop to watch the sunrise and/or sunset. Another thing that occurs daily and naturally is the moon becoming visible. This helps explain day and night as well. Science tells us that this is also because of the Earth's rotation. We also don't pay this much attention either. Lastly, our cells transport or remove things everyday. Science tells us they use passive or active transportation and that this is normal, so we don't really think about it much. Most people try not to put bad things into their system as a way to help the cells. Science has had a relatively big impact on the way we view these everyday occurrences.
