originating from a streaming service called Twitch, it is used to express excitement about a game or experience. "that was poggers bro!"

the same meaning as no cap, but the saying started a little while after a famous rapper named xxxtentacion ( Jahseh Onfrey) got shot at a red light and died. A new form of saying "on God" Ex: "On Jah bro, I failed that test."
