has an academic degree, a minimum of 600 trainee contact hours as a line instructor, must complete a minimum of 6 semester hours of college/university education beyond the associate's degree requirement or e-learning courses not earning college credit in pertinent subject areas / AETC faculty development courses awarding CCAF credits, an overall rating of "excellent" or higher on last three consecutive instructor evaluations, and a minimum of 110 project hours of participating in professional projects directly related to the development of new or improvement of existing training programs
