Define Activities
The process of identifying and documenting the specific actions to be performed to produce the project deliverables.

In the define activities process, what does decomposition accomplish?
Defines the outputs as activities rather than deliverables.
Activity Attributes
Extend the description of the activity by identifying multiple components associated with each activity. -Components for each activity evolve over time -Can be used to identify the place where work has to be performed, the project calendar the activity is assigned to, and the type of effort involved.
