Hung parliaments represent more of the general public.

Disadvantage

If a new party is elected they may alter existing laws.

Laws could be rushed if a party is coming to the end of their time in power. This can lead to bad law being created.

Laws will be created quicker if theres pressure.

MPs represent local constituencies so can create laws that the public want.

Party politics= voting along the lines of what the party wants and not the public.

Their manifesto could promise things that aren't achievable.
