Desertification
Mainly caused by climate change that brings long periods of extreme dryness and water shortages. Humanly and use it in like to please also contribute to this. By 2000, all African countries join the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification
Topical wet climate
More than 60 inches of rainfall and warm temperatures because it is near the equator. There are shrubs ferns and mosses that grow up to 6 to 10 feet. Some soils are leached here.

Tropical dry climates

Mid-latitude climates
Is common but one area of the house is climate is around Cape Town. There a moderate climate and comfortable temperature than adequate rainfall for farming
savanna
It covers almost half of Africa and it is a tropical grassland with scattered trees
Steppe climate
It separates the tropical dry savanna from the desert. It is semi arid and is a transition zone (example the Sahel)
Serengeti plain
One of the worlds largest savanna plains

Some isolated parts with hot dry weather prevails; daily temperatures range from 120°F during the day to 50°F at night
