DH Diagnosis: After a thorough assessment of the target population has been conducted, the diagnosis can begin. Requires analysis and identifying dental needs that can be fulfilled by education. Planning: After assessment, after diagnosis the dh begins planning phase by determining a goal for the presentation and identifying several objectives, which is similar to planning individualized instruction . Implementation: The most important aspect of implementation is PREPARATION. Should be well organized and confident. Evaluation: Ongoing process and should be considered in planning phase when objectives and goals are developed.
