Work Ethic
Pertains to a person's attitudes, feelings, and beliefs about work. The state of a person's work ethic determines how the person relates to occupational responsibilities such as a goal-setting, accountability, task completion, autonomy, reliability, cooperation, communication, honesty effort, timelessness, determinatio, leadership, volunteerism, and dedication.
The top four reasons young people are losing their jobs are
Poor job performance, absenteeism, bad attitude, and not following directions/rules
