How do you handle stress and pressure?
Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best job possible. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good and bad stress. I need a good stress to stay motivated and productive to better help your business.
Tell me a little about yourself?
I am an intelligent, enthusiastic and confident person who is always open and eager to develop and learn. I am also a people person and A great communicator, I'm very dependable.
What are your greatest strengths?
I have quite a few strengths, my greatest strength is probably my dedication. Part of my dedication is constantly striving to do better and grow, I have always given 100% at the task at hand. However, it's much more than that. People can trust me to give them work that is completed to the fullest and never handed over half heartedly completed.
If you were an animal, which one would you want to be?
If I were to be an animal, I would be an elephant. Elephants are strong, intelligent, loyal to the group, and also unstoppable.
What are your goals for the future?
My future goals consist of graduating from college some day and grow with the company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much value as I can.
Why are you a good candidate for this Company?
This is a good question and I prescient you asking. I would be a good candidate for this company because I have great Communication skills and can talk effectively with pet owners to either gather and/or deliver information, I have excellent customer service skills I can satisfy the animal care needs of pet owners, also despite my size I process good manual dexterity, I am very passionate about animals and committed to provide them with the best care possible.
Why do you want this particular job?
To be completely honest, this is something I've wanted to do since I was little. Helping animals is a passion I have always had and to be able to put my passion to action would just be astounding.
What are your greatest weaknesses? How do you overcome those?
Working at strength is my greatest weakness, I am a perfectionist. I can't move on without making sure it's 100% right, even if that means sacrificing all my free time and working off the clock to make sure everything is right. To help manage this I prioritize things that need to be done so I am able to do what I feel will take the longest amount of time first, then I move on to the more quickly to finish projects.
