With my extensive background experienced from my previous job I believe that I can be a great asset for the company. I am motivated and willing to join the team. Ready to provide to this company the customer service that will keep the clients satisfied.I have the personality and the requirements for this position and I feel I will add a quality to this job .

Do you consider yourself successful?

Yes, I find myself successful because I always success in my short term goals. My short term goal was to be able to go back to school and have graduated with honors.

Are you a team player?

Yes, I'am a great team player because I work hard to become knowledgeable in the field of my interest. I also love to pass on my learnings. I believe that working as a team will bring success to the company by having good communication, discussions of feedbacks and suggestions.

What irritates you about co-workers?

believe it is of utmost importance to stay professional, especially in the work environment. We all have differences in opinion, but nothing as adults we can't discuss and come to an amicable agreement".

Tell me about a problem you had with a supervisor.

I dont recall any problems with my previous supervisor. I have worked with different departments and worked with different supervisor for the last 7 years and I did not have any problem with them at all. They are fantastic and always very approachable.

What do you know about this organization?

I know that alaska airlines has exciting opportunities to grow and learn new things as a member of the company. I learn that there are more career development and training opportunities and helping employees to succeed. Alaska Airlines provide quality customer service toward coworkers and passengers, therefore I will be very honored to be part of this great company.

ell me about a suggestion you have made

I notice a lot of things wherever I am. Sometimes things that affect me personally, or things I have learned in the past to help better/make easier the lives of people/work. And at first, I didn't think these "suggestions" mattered, until I realized, that I never gave it a chance- at worse, my employer would appreciate the detail-orientedness in me. So I started noting details in my head, and suggesting them when my employer seemed receptive to feedback.

What experience do you have in this field?

I'm have a more than 8 years of experienced in customer service with the extensive knowledge for all aspects of release, classification and data input of shipments according to customs regulations, laws and procedures.

Tell me about yourself

I'm reliable, flexible, detail-oriented and a team player. I like working with people and enjoy group projects, but Im also a self-starter who doesn't mind to work on my own. I'm always eager to learn new methods and procedures to enhance my interpersonal skills for future career advancement.

My co-workers tells me that I'm a hardworking person, dependable, efficient and gets along well with others.

What are your greatest strengths, weaknesses?

My greatest weaknesses is my accent. As you know that english is not my first language. I do still sometimes have a very bad accent but despite of my weaknesses I never stop wanting to learn help myself to become more fluent. My greatest strength is that I work very well with all kinds of people and I understand that everyone has different perspectives, objectives and priorities.

What is your philosophy towards work?

My philosophy is to do all my best, to use all my strength and knowledge for excellent job on time.

Why did you leave your last job?

My work has become stagnant, I am looking for something more challenging and will allow grow professionally and can offer advancement opportunity.

What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?

Through the years I have continued to further my knowledge by attending classes and allowing myself to learn new methods, laws and regulations that customs required in our everyday job. While working I also managed to attend school and graduated with honors. I have received great achievement of excellence and certificates such as team player and on time performance award.

What kind of person would you refuse to work with?

Well I am a person who can work with all kinds of people. However I feel bit uncomfortable to work with persons of selfish and ingratitude in nature.
