It is the view you have of yourself.
Ideal Self
It is what you'd like to be can be influenced by: a. Ways in which others react to us b. How we think compare to others c. Social Roles d. Extent to which we identify with other people

Needs
One of the advantages of knowing which needs the strongest influence on our own behaviors is the ability to understand how they affect our interpersonal relationships.

One who plays an active and intelligent role as a member of the community.
Transactional
Promote compliance by followers through both rewards and punishments. Through a rewards and punishments system, these leaders are able to keep followers motivated for the short-term.
Civic Welfare Training Service
Refers to programs or activities contributory to the general welfare and the betterment of life for the members of the community or the enhancement of its facilities, especially those devoted to improving health, education, environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and morals of the citizenry.
