Ex: job-related knowledge and abilities needed to perform effectively in x role. - Covering desk - Booking and Scheduling - Assisting A-level actors and directors on set 2. Think about 2-3 of your SOFT skills a. Ex: personal qualities that would help you thrive in the workplace. - Organization - Professionalism - Strong Work Ethic 3. Think about 1-2 weaknesses (that aren't really weaknesses) a. Ex: I am too much of a perfectionist. Sometimes I will have to relax my standards to meet time constraints.

Describe a time that you failed and how you handled it.

A time I failed... was during a student film shoot where I was Executive Producing. This project was for a course, The Art and Business of Film, and my group was the only one set on making a horror film. So naturally we had coordinated a SFX artist.... makeup artist canceled that day. It was the only day that could work, so I had to run out and purchase copious amounts of blood and learn on the spot how to render some realistic gashes. I'm not really sure if the result was a failure or a success, but it was definitely a failure for me as Executive Producer.

How can your skills / experience add value?

Administrative Skills: Proven ability to manage calendars, coordinate travel, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and handle confidential information, honed through your internships. Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing circumstances, as evidenced by my past two professional experiences, both at companies with under 15 employees.

What are some shows on Bravo?

America's Next Top Model, Project Runway, Million Dollar Listing, The Real Housewives, Below Deck, Southern Charm, Watch What Happens Live

Challenge you had to overcome.

During my internship at Misher Films I learned the hard lesson of "done is better than perfect." I was doing near-constant script coverage and it was extremely difficult for me to learn the "shorthand." In the beginning I was spending countless hours with the scripts, investing in every detail, poring over them. By the end I could flip through them quickly and produce very succinct coverage.

What shows do you watch?

I am a loyal Bravo girl through and through. The Real Housewives, Vanderpump Rules, Watch What Happens Live. I have seen probably everything Dick Wolf has ever produced (Law and Order).

Biggest Strength?

I would say my biggest strength would be my strong work ethic. No matter how small the task may be, I always like to give my 100% and produce the best quality work. I love staying proactive and helping in any way I can to produce the best possible result.

What is your previous internship experience?

In my last role... I was Director of Development at Narrative Capital and Global Entertainment. There I designed collaborations and creator-facing outreach, liaised with potential clients and partners for sponsored projects, designed presentation decks, and managed email marketing. Before that... I was a Feature Development Intern at Misher Films. There I covered desks, created lookbooks, produced casting compilations, provided regular script coverage, and participated in development team meetings. Before that... I was a Media Genome Analyst for Katch Entertainment, a qualitative film review engine. Joined as a Junior Analyst, quickly promoted to a Team Lead and selected for advanced partnership projects. Managed a team of fifteen interns over four different time zones, hosted weekly meetings and reported team progress to executive management. Analyzed films and television shows in order to code them via the Katch Media Genome. Produced specialized analyses of pre released content for AMC (presented to C-suite).
