Inside Address

Part of the letter that contains the recipients 1) name, professional job title 2)company name 3) mailing address 4)city, ST and zip

Complimentary Close

Part of the letter written after the body of the letter; a polite way of ending the letter and saying " Good bye". Best to use: Sincerely, Sincerely yours, Respectfully, Respectfully yours,
