Distance Controll assist

Distance Control Assist uses a sensor mounted in the front bumper to detect the distance to the vehicle directly ahead. As the vehicle moves closer to the vehicle ahead, the throttle pedal pushes up against the driver's foot, encouraging deceleration. If the driver is not applying throttle, the system will apply the brakes automatically to encourage deceleration. Distance Control Assist works only: Above 3 mph When it is turned on If Vehicle Dynamic Control is turned on When snow mode is turned off

Paddle shifters Dynamic Digital Suspension Sport fast-ratio Electronic Power Steering (not applicable to Direct Adaptive Steering) Sport brakes

Predictive Forward Collision

Predictive Forward Collision Warning helps alert the driver to a potential frontal collision by monitoring the vehicle traveling in front of the vehicle immediately ahead. If the system detects a potential collision, it alerts the driver with visual and audible warnings. The driver can choose to turn this feature off.

High Beam assit

The High Beam Assist system automatically switches between high-beam and low-beam settings depending on traffic and lighting conditions.

RearView Monitor

The RearView Monitor helps enhance visibility when parking or backing up. It is activated automatically when the vehicle is shifted into Reverse. The LCD screen displays the view directly behind the vehicle. Green, yellow, and red grid lines are displayed on the monitor to help judge distances. Separate orange lines are coordinated to steering wheel movement. They will bend to indicate the direction the vehicle is moving. The RearView Monitor camera is mounted in the trunk lid finisher.

Remote Engine Start

Remote Engine Start allows users to start the vehicle remotely to warm or cool the interior prior to driving. When activated using the Intelligent Key, the engine will run for 10 minutes, and running time can be extended an additional 10 minutes. The Intelligent Key also can be used to shut the engine off. The system initiates the climate control temperature, fan speed, and air circulation mode settings from the last time the engine was shut off. The parking lights will also turn on when the engine is started. They will turn off when Remote Engine Start mode ends or when the vehicle START button is pressed.

Eco Pedal

Eco Pedal encourages more fuel-efficient driving by increasing the resistance when the driver presses the accelerator pedal. The driver can override the system by pressing harder on the pedal when more acceleration is desired.

Advanced Climate Control System

Advanced Climate Control System components work together to help enhance the vehicle cabin's air quality by preventing additional polluted air from entering the vehicle, filtering the air entering the cabin, and cleaning the air already in the cabin

Blind Spot Warning

An indicator light near each A-pillar illuminates if another vehicle is detected in the blind spot area in an adjacent lane. If the driver then activates the turn signal, the indicator flashes and an audible warning sounds.

Around View Monitor

Around View® Monitor uses cameras mounted in the grille, outside mirrors, and rear license plate finisher to help enhance visibility when parking. The LCD screen displays two views. The left view displays the view directly behind the vehicle (when the transmission is in Reverse) or in front of the vehicle (when the transmission is in any other position at low speeds). Broken green, yellow, and red lines are displayed to help judge distances. Separate solid green (front view) or orange (rear view) lines are coordinated with steering wheel movement. They bend to indicate the direction the vehicle is moving. The right view displays a composite view of all sides of the vehicle from above, showing the position of the vehicle to help drivers judge how close they are to the curb, parked cars, or other obstacles. This view can be changed to show either a composite or right side view on the screen. A wide-angle view that occupies both sides of the display shows front or rear view depending on gear position. Sonar sensors help detect obstacles to the front and rear of the vehicle.

Backup Collision Intervention

Backup Collision Intervention helps detect other vehicles approaching from either side and large objects directly behind the vehicle when backing up. It provides visual and audible warnings if an object or vehicle is detected. It also provides feedback through the throttle pedal and can apply brake pressure to help avoid a collision.

Blind Spot Intervention

Blind Spot Intervention works in conjunction with Blind Spot Warning to help the driver return the vehicle to its travel lane if another vehicle is detected in the blind spot area. It uses the Direct Adaptive Steering system to help the driver bring the vehicle back toward the center of the driving lane. The system operates regardless of turn signal usage. Blind Spot Intervention works only: When it is turned on When snow mode is turned off

Active Lane Control

The system helps the driver maintain a straight path by using the camera-based lane marker detection system to adjust for unintended lane drift and minor road surface changes or crosswinds. The system helps reduce driver fatigue by reducing the need for the driver to make small steering corrections to keep the vehicle on the intended course. Active Lane Control is part of the Lane Departure Prevention system.

Forward Emergency Braking

When the system detects there is a risk of a forward collision, the warning function will alert the driver, and Forward Emergency Braking can automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a collision or mitigate the effects of an impact. At the same time, Pre-Crash Seat Belts are tightened.

Direct adaptive steering

The electronic steering system transmits the driver's intentions electronically and directs steering response via electric actuators. It works in parallel with the mechanical steering linkage for fail-safe reliability. The system allows independent control of tire angle and steering inputs, transmitting the driver's steering intentions to the wheels faster than a mechanical system. It also limits unwanted feedback through the steering wheel, such as from hitting ruts or other irregularities in the road surface. Drivers can customize both steering effort and response to their own preferences

Home Link Universal trasciever

The transceiver system conveniently consolidates the functions of up to three individual handheld transmitters in one device. The driver can control various combinations of garage doors, security gates, and house lights from the safety and comfort of the vehicle.

INFINITI InTouch™ with Navigation and INFINITI InTouch™ Services*

INFINITI InTouch allows drivers to seamlessly connect their digital life to their in-vehicle experience. A selection of vehicle and performance information apps comes pre-loaded with the system. Bluetooth® connectivity, streaming audio, and satellite radio are integrated with INFINITI InTouch. The navigation system pinpoints vehicle location, defines the destination, provides routing options, calculates the best route, and provides en route directions via an onboard computer, electronic atlas, and GPS satellites. The system offers the choice of a flat map view or Birdview™ 3-D view of the approaching landscape. Screen view may be split to show both full map and intersection detail. INFINITI's telematics system uses the navigation system and cellular technology to provide safety, security, and convenience services. Information and functions are available via the navigation system display, the internet, or web-enabled phone.
